Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation with 100% refund.

If the user cancels his reservation and / or order of products that he wishes to have upon arrival at the accommodation, during the first 48 hours after the reservation and at least 14 days before arrival, he will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid.

2. Cancellation with 50% refund.

If the cancellation occurs after the period of point 1, but at least 7 days before the date of entry to the accommodation, the amount corresponding to 50% of all nights will be refunded.

3. Cancellation without refund.

If the cancellation occurs when there are less than 7 days until arrival, you will charge 100% of the price of all nights. There will be no refund.

4. Perishable Products.

Perishable products sold through the Web are not subject to the right of withdrawal by the end consumer as set forth in article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text recast of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

As they are fresh products and made on demand, and due to safety and hygiene regulations in handling, in case of requesting the cancellation of the order of these products, this must be done with a minimum of 2 days before entering the accommodation.
